This critical hire developed and drove the clinical value proposition of programs to physicians and clinical practitioners, as well as regulatory agencies, managed care organizations, and government agencies. This work included developing communications strategies and materials. This hire also drove pre-launch and post-marketing activities (US and International) and played a leadership role in initiatives that impacted clinical study enrollment and compliance, physician decision-making, and patient preference/adherence. They also developed a scalable hiring plan that fit the portfolio.
