Since joining Prestige Scientific in 2021 as a Director, Smith has played a key role working with clients to build executive leadership teams, further built out the Technical Operations and CMC practice, and provided guidance and training at the firm.

Based in Mount Pleasant, SC, just outside of Charleston, Mike Smith brings over 20 years of executive search experience to the firm. He joins Prestige after starting a successful search firm specializing in Technical Operations and CMC search. Mike’s leads his team across all searches from Chief Technology Officer to individual Director searches across functions such as Drug Product, Drug Substance, Supply Chain, Analytical, Formulations, QC, and Process Development.
