Milford, MA – Prestige Scientific is excited to announce the successfully completed search for a Senior Director of Program Management for our partner, a clinical-stage, publicly traded biotechnology company developing therapies for CNS diseases through their proprietary platform.
The individual hired for this role is a seasoned professional with over 23 years in the pharmaceutical industry, focusing the last 7 years on CMC program leadership. Their extensive experience includes managing drug development from pre-IND through Ph3 and commercialization, overseeing both solid oral and transdermal products. They excel in keeping programs on track and within budget by providing detailed reports and justifications for variances. As a leader, this individual effectively influences cross-functional teams by building trust and communicating strategic objectives, often integrating team insights to enhance program outcomes. They also have significant experience with FDA meetings and 505-b2 assets.
This critical hire will utilize their expertise to establish and lead the Program Management function for our partner. They will be accountable for integrated cross-functional planning bringing together diverse functional plans and strategies. They will lead milestone setting, budget forecasting, resource planning, scenario planning, and develop an integrated program plan.
