Milford, MA – Prestige Scientific is excited to announce the successfully completed search for a Director of US Regulatory Advertising and Promotion with our partner, a mid-size biopharma dedicated to innovating and delivering impactful pharmaceutical products for patients in need.
This critical hire will serve as the internal subject matter expert on FDA Advertising & Promotion issues for assigned products. They will provide regulatory training on FDA requirements, PhRMA DTC Guidelines, and company policies, while offering leadership on Promotional Review Committees (PRCs) to ensure best practices and compliance with company guidelines. Additionally, they will develop SOPs and work instructions to streamline workflows and promote proficient adherence to process policies.
