This critical hire will be leading the implementation of an electronic Quality Management System (eQMS), streamlining processes, enhancing data accessibility, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. They will drive the establishment of a company-wide training program, ensure readiness for inspections, and oversee document control to support quality and regulatory compliance across the organization. This individual will also oversee system evaluation and prepare for a regulatory inspection timeline targeting BLA submission by Q4 2025, while establishing governance structures, KPIs, and metrics to monitor and drive quality performance.
