This unique search combined the expertise of a program manager working with cross-functional teams, from discovery to commercial, and funneling them toward a successful outcome. It also included knowledge of the business development process and the steps involved from lead generation to term sheets. Despite the uniqueness to this search, the team at Prestige mobilized rapidly and presented the CV of the eventually hired candidate to the client on day 20 of the search with the entire search lasting 86 days.
