12 Nov The best way to lead a wolf pack
I love the leadership technique wolves use.
In any pack, the oldest and weakest go in the front. They set the pace.
Then come some of the strongest wolves, followed by the bulk of the pack in the middle, and the rest of the strongest in back.
Why this formation? So that everyone is protected on every side, and no one is ever left behind.
This is leadership. Not always focused on setting the pace, but on taking care of the entire team.
In my work as a Managing Partner at Prestige Scientific, I interface with all kinds of leaders. And there’s no one perfect leadership style. Still, it’s the leaders who keep an eye out for the entire pack that drive their companies through hard times.
