Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Steve has over 25 years of Life Sciences search experience with a focus on placing key roles across Diagnostics, Therapeutics, Med Tech & Device related organizations. Steve is an accomplished consultant and advisor and has consistently placed executives for early-stage and well-established companies across all functional areas, including technical and R & D roles as well as commercial operations, clinical, regulatory, and operations.

Steve started his career as Employee #1 for Sanford Rose Associates – San Francisco which became a leading boutique search firm in the life sciences space before its acquisition by Toft Group. Steve was a significant contributor to helping build the Toft Group brand as a leading talent solutions firm within the Life Sciences space. Most recently, Steve helped drive a full suite of retained search, on-demand talent, and consulting and advisory solutions for ZRG Partners.

In his spare time, Steve enjoys history including volunteering at local historical societies and events, exploring historical sites and playing softball and chess.
