Mary Katherine has 10 years of experience in the industry, most recently acting as a member of the Executive Communications team at Real Chemistry advising and collaborating with many pharmaceutical and biotech spokespeople and C-Suite executives to improve leadership capabilities, specifically communications skills. She has experience helping executives from pre-clinical and discovery to commercialization. Prior to that, Mary Katherine managed a large medical practice with 9 offices across the state of North Carolina and served as Director of Operations at a medical laboratory.

Mary Katherine holds a Master’s of Healthcare Administration and Master’s of Business Administration from Pfeiffer University and a B.A. in Psychology and Neuroscience from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. She relocated back to the Wilmington, NC area in 2021.

Mary Katherine is passionate about matching individuals with clients to further their impact on healthcare and the lives of patients in need. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, sailing, cooking, volunteering for local organizations important to her, such as the Good Shepherd Center, and chasing her dogs around the beach.
