12 Mar How to gain an advantage in this increasingly global world of talent
Now more than ever, we are in a global world of talent. One of the positive outcomes of the last year, for a lot of hiring managers, is a widening pool of applicants for open roles.
At Prestige Scientific, we’ve seen a lot more flexibility when it comes to geography, with some roles now open to remote workers and some workers more open to moving for roles.
There are, of course, positives and negatives to this widening pool of applicants. On the one hand, you now have access to more talent than ever before.
On the other, that talent has access to many more opportunities too.
So, how to gain an advantage in this increasingly global world of talent? Know what you need out of a new employee before going to market, move candidates through the interview process quickly, be competitive with your offers and make potential employees feel wanted.
